Kanzolquran Conditions for Parents and Students.

Our dedication lies in providing an excellent education in a luxurious, comfortable atmosphere with open and honest principles.
Please take a moment to read and abide by the following terms and conditions.

The daily class schedule and the policies regarding absences.

• A verified timetable should be regularly adhered to; it should only be altered in an emergency or when a scheduling conflict arises, although frequent schedule modifications may cause issues for educators.
• Please notify the administrative team before discussing and finalizing the class schedule with the professors. Since it will ultimately impact your studies and the way you study.
  Although we have instructed the teachers to begin classes on time, the online Quran Academy will not be liable for missed classes if your teacher is more than five minutes late. Please notify us via WhatsApp.
• You should notify the administrative team of your intention to miss a lesson at least one hour in advance.
• Your class will be considered absent, and there won’t be any opportunities to make up lost time if you don’t notify and skip your session without warning.
• If a student misses more than three classes without notice, Kanzolquran reserves the right to cancel their classes. In these circumstances, funding requests will likewise not be accepted.
• Missed classes cannot be made up for, but students can make up the time if they notify the administrator.
• Within 30 days, you can make up the classes you missed. No classes would be rescheduled or refunded after 30 days.

Payment rules to follow!

• Monthly fees are due in full starting on the registration day. Following the trial sessions, you can speak with the administrative staff about the selected course’s cost schedule; nevertheless, you must pay by the deadline.
• Please contact the billing department if you encounter any difficulties with bill payments or have questions about your monthly obligations.
• If the payment is not received within 7 days without any notification or justification, Kanzolquran maintains the right to cancel the classes.
• You must pay the entire month’s fees as soon as the lessons begin.

Security

• We care about the security of our students. You can also be asked not to share your contact information, such as phone number, email address, social media accounts, or credit card information, with any teacher. Kanzolquran will not be responsible in the case of any misuse.
• Teachers are not permitted to share their contact numbers, email addresses, or Social Media accounts with students or parents. If you are approached with such requests, please notify us immediately.
• Please don’t discuss payments or anything extra with teachers. In these cases, contact the Admin immediately.
