Refund policy of online quran classes. 

It is a complete course free trial and no strings attached. You may resume on the expiry of the trial period. After the free trial, you can cancel the service if you and your child find it ineffective.

Refund policy:

We assure the satisfaction of the customers. In the event of dissatisfaction, please get in touch with the provider by emailing info@kanzolquran.com within seven days of the month to request a refund. A confirmation will be sent to you in the next 24 hours.

On cancellations:

You can cancel your subscription with 1 month’s notice. This is not a term to use with students who pay after using our services or at the end of the month

Payment of Fee

is due on the 5th of every month. The Academy reserves the right to proceed with classes in exceptional cases when a parent assures and promises to pay fees in the future. The parent will instruct the academy to take all necessary legal measures to recover the cost in the case of nonpayment.

Important:

We take credit and debit cards. Transactions on behalf of the minors have to be made by parents or legal guardians. Students are also able to pay in advance for several months.

Note: Public holidays and absences without prior notice have no refund.
